Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello People,

 

I am having a frustrating time with my laptop, it is continuously crashing alot and it is very very annoying, am using it and then suddenly it goes all black and i have to shut it down. I have tried restoring my system but it didnt sovle the problem, can someone please help me with this, it will be humbly appreciated.
