HP Recommended
Example: Pavilion dv6
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Is anyone in doubt of the pathetic process of endusers doing the job that HP should be, when it comes to problems with their products?  And, does anyone know the group of idiots that did think to simply put product numbers on the outside of the device?  Isn't this a sign of the times, that we pay good money for idiotic inconvenience?  Example, a fast running fan may occur in a cool laptop.  Or, why with all the massive memory to be had in the clouds, that documents which can help us do HP's job, are taken down.  I am leaving this crap behind for Apple, and no more Microsoft who gave everyone the idea to let consumers do "their jobs."
