Probook 450 G7
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have a HP Probook 450 G7 that has had the BIOS and EC Rom chips replaced and I need to add the Feature byte info into the BIOS.

I have found the info needed on the partsurfer site but it won't accept it.

IMG_DESC2         dUdpdqfPfXk8.d5

IMG_FEATUREBYTE      FEATUREBYTE

I keep getting the following error:

Invalid Feature Byte - CRC Failed

I've tried several ways of typing it in but nothing works.

Can anyone help with the correct format to entre it into the BIOS (Set Machine Unique Data)

Thanks in advance
