Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I recently reloaded or re installed my Windows 10 Home 64 bit to flush out a malware/virus.

I did all the hardware diagnostic tests and everything says PASSED. But there is still a weird crackling or static mechanical sound behind the keyboard from the moment you turn on the laptop, doesnt matter if its plugged or not, the weird noise is there. Im worried something is wrong inside my laptop. Before I reformatted/deleted everything/refreshed my laptop, there wasnt any weird sound. Did I forget to install a driver update? driver software? or anything? Please help. I tried researching here, but mostly the answers here are for the sound or audio problem with the speakers. Mine sounds like its coming from behind the keyboard and not the speakers at all. Because if if I mute the sound while playing a video, the noise is still there.

laptop specs:

HP Envy 13t-aq000

touchscreen

8gb Ram

Intel i7

512gb SSD

Thanks,

Macy
