Product: HP ZBook 17 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Whenever I put my laptop in sleep mode or I just close it the screen acts up.
Bright colored lines take over the screen and I don't see anything anymore of what I should see (my log in screen)

I have had this problem for two years now (since I bought the laptop) hoping an update sooner or later would fix it.

It however doesn't crash since everything continues to run but my whole UI is gone.

It also doesn't shut of like a blue screen would do, as long as I wait the screen stays, and I am forced to just hold the button.

I hope the information suffices. Any help would be amazing.
