Hello,
We recently got a shipment of HP Chromebook x360 11 G3 EEs and I want to create a SHIM tool in the event that I have to replace the motherboard. I have followed the steps on the HP Chromebook and Chromebox - Reimaging the Chrome Device Using RMA/SHIM Tools (Chrome OS) page; however, when I attempt to write the file onto the USB drive using Win32 Disk Imager, I'm prompted with this error: An error occurred when attempting to write data to Handle. Error 5: Access is denied.
The USB drive has been formatted and is 32GB. Has anyone had any success in building their own SHIM tool or ran into this issue before?
Thank you
