I am using a HP Envy m7 notebook, Bang & Olufsen, with intell core i7, Nividia GeFOrce display that has both Windows 10 Home version's Edge and Chrome web browsers installed that seems to be working perfectly from all available updates to same, However, I cannot get Cyberlink programs, currently Powerdirector 16 and Photodirector 9 to activate much needed links from within their software platform. When clicking on "get templates" or any toggle to the cyberlink website when using, I received the message "You’re trying to use a feature that requires a web browser on this system. Install and enable a web browser on your PC and then try again". I have removed, reinstalled program, and checked, rechecked for updated drivers in both HP's and Cyberlink web sites without success. I have the latest version of browsers running and I find that by logging into the Cyberlink website directly, from either browser, allows me to achieve function but this is not efficient to productivity. Can you help me?
