Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
Hi, a friend's computer does not seem to recognize DVDs when placed in the drive, which otherwise seems to work fine (spins, lights up, opens/closes, etc).
In other words, Win 7 recognizes the DVD drive with letter but when a DVD is placed in it, no autoplay or info comes up.
When trying to play the DVD, the computer tells us to insert a DVD.
I think we have all the other drivers working.
Not certain how we should approach this.
