Dear Hp Team,

 

                            I have purchased a Hp Pavilion x360 convert 14 ba-073tx from your Hp shopping website in the date of 5th October 2017. That time you guys were running Diwali offers which include 2 years extended warranty and 1 year theft insurance, 2500INR worth shoppers stop vouchers and 1500INR worth book my show vouchers and also 3000 INR worth Hp online shop vouchers if you pay 999 INR each for that. So in addition to my laptop I added 3000INR more and took that offers also when I booked. Now I want to claim this offers and in your website it is mentioned that with in 7 days of purchase you should register or else I can’t claim these offers. So my first concern is I got my package only on 10th of October 2017 only from blue dart and according to the date of ordering today is the last day to claim, I Personally feel you have given a very short time period to claim these Diwali offers which I have paid additional money. The other major concern is when I got your website hpshopping.in reinventcelebrations and register my mobile and mail details, when I fill the details I couldn’t find out the Partner’s name ( I guess it is the dealer’s name) from your listed names. I have ordered it from Karnataka so I was checking in Karnataka list only where I couldn’t find any kind of details of my dealer. In my invoice it is written as “SAVEX TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD” which I couldn’t find in your list. Kindly get back to me as soon as possible to rectify this issue. Today is the last date according to the date of purchase so I am kindly requesting you to do the needful as soon as possible. I really hope my 3000INR I invested on the extended warranty, theft insurance and vouchers from HP, Shoppers stop and Bookmyshow won’t go wasted. Awaiting your response soon.
