HP 2000 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This laptop did not previously have the capability to make Bluetooth connections. I have recently upgraded the OS by having a SSD with an additional 8G memory also installed at the same time. Once these were installed the windows 8 was wiped clean and windows 10 64-bit was installed. Yesterday I made another upgrade by adding Bluetooth capable/wireless network adapter added. With this hardware, Dell Wireless 1705/1703 1x1 WLAN 802.11b/g/n (2.4GHz), Bluetooth v4.0+HS. All of this hardware was installed by a Microsoft certified tech, only one in our home town with his own business doing this work. Geek Squad too far out and away from us, if I had this experience I probably should have done it myself.

Well after bringing it home last night and connecting to my home network, it is constantly disconnecting no matter what I try and the troubleshooter only fixes the problem temporarily, 5-20 minutes max. During fix troubleshooter resets the configuration issue. I'm not exactly sure what settings I should or should not apply.

Troubleshooter Problems say

1.A network cable is not properly plugged in or may be broken - Detected

2. Problem with wireless adapter or access point - Fixed
