Hello,

I am struggling with disabling JITA inside HP Client Security.

I updated HPCS and HPDAM to latest available versions and registered fingerprint for login.

JITA function is now configured to lock USB devices after 15 minutes. I need to disable or reconfigure JITA to longer period, but I have a problem upon entering to "device permissions" in HP CS.

First run asks for elevated permissions and does nothing, second run then shows Error 80004003 - object instance not set to an instance of an object and closing error dialog will close HPCS window.

 

Please advise.
