Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm configuring disk encryption with Windows 10 Pro 10.0.18362. The trusted platform module (TPM) is Intel (INTC, v. 11.0.0.1173) and complies with specification version 2.0. Attestation and storage status are both "Ready." However, MWINFO32 reports that Device Encryption Support is Device Encryption Support Reasons for failed automatic device encryption: Hardware Security Test Interface failed and device is not Modern Standby, Disabled by policy. Under Settings > Windows Security, there's no mention of device encryption. But I wish to encrypt the fixed disk. What should I do? Thanks kindly.
