Pavilion G7, 8530w, 8540w, Desktop (2010 vintage)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I executed a PC reset on an HP 8540w for diagnostic purposes as the USB 3.0 ports both fail with different indications.

I would like the Vision Diagnostics download for a CD.  The download I used will only create a USB.  The BIOS is F.60 and

there is a version F.61 (I think), but I cannot locate the download.  I would also appreciate a link to the latest drivers.  I

receive 'driver out of date' messages from AVG, Norton, etc. but when doing driver update receive the message that the drivers are latest.  Finally; is it possible to get the 4 in 1 Diagnostic USB less the Vision diagnostics so it will fit on a 4.7G

DVD?  The new split consumer vs business HP website has not proved to be easier or beneficial to me.  Thank-you for your assistance.
