ProBook 430 G8
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi!

I Have ProBook 430 G8 with i3-1115G4, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD. This notebook has one USB-C port and I use it for Green Cell AK61 USB-C hub. Problem is that this laptop has no options in BIOS to disable USB-C power when laptop is turned off. The only option I can change is "USB Legacy Port Charging", but this setting only disables power for USB-A ports when laptop is turned off.

So when I shutdown my laptop, it keeps powering devices that is connected to USB-C port. And this is exactly what happens with Green Cell hub. The little LED light keeps shining. No big deal because I can leave laptop plugged in to AC. But question is why desktop computers has "USB Type-C®Downstream Charging" setting in BIOS, but notebooks doesn't? I have tried these Windows 10 settings, but nothing changes.
