HP ProBook 4540s
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm working on a HP ProBook 4540s for a friend of mine and they asked me to upgrade the operating system and delete all the files on it and so I created a windows 10 install USB and ran it on the computer and got it all installed and working but then when i rebooted the computer i realized when the computer installed the new operating system it didn't get rid of the preboot security (fingerprint and password) and they are giving it to their daughter for christmas and so i need to completely disable and remove it if possible. The only fingerprints in the computer are mine and the fathers. the worst part is that When the new OS was install it got rid of the interface so I can't even add another the daughter in as another user. If anyone knows a way that I can disable the preboot security, possobly through admin command line?, that would be great. I willing to try just about anything.
