HI, I need help on what to do on my laptop to force it to use the discrete gpu, it currently only uses the integrated intel graphics, and only that.

I tested by running with the latest Nvidia driver installed, and so far it uses integrated gpu instead.

Then I tested to verify if it wasn't using the discrete gpu so I unistalled the the Nvidia drivers with ddu, then played a game, and exactly the same result...

The laptop in question has no battery in it, I'm playing it plugged in.

I'm wondering if that has to do something with it?

I also tested with Nvidia control panel to everything global set to performance, but it still used integrated graphics, and battery settings to high performance.

I'm kinda stumped right now and have no idea what to do... Any suggestions? Thanks!
