I guess, this message in mainly intended for HP Support representatives. Please help resolve the issue with HP ENVY x360 Convertible pc, model: 15-ar002ur. At some point, Miracast-based screen mirroring stopped working. This is one of the features I use from time to time when I cast the content from my smartphone to the computer screen. I need this feature fixed by HP or whoever is responsible. For more information, refer to the screenshot from the Internet showing exact same message in English, as my computer shows it in Russian. Once again: FIX THIS ISSUE! I am not buying a new PC as I already paid for this one and still happy with it except for the said issue. You should not be surprised at the pushing nature of the message--this is an immediate consequence of you being reluctant to fix the issue, judging from other Miracast-related topics in this forum.
