Product: ENVY x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Screen completely distorts rendering computer unusable multiple time per week. This is accompanied by an very loud tone coming from the speakers that lasts a few seconds. Holding down the power button and forcing a shut down and restart fixes the issue until it happens again, sometimes in less than 24 hours. See attached video below.

 

Is this a hardware, driver, etc issue and how do I fix it?
