HP Recommended
Product: HP ProBook 650 G4 and HP Slim Docking station 2013
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having issues getting the new laptop to detect the external moniotrs (2) when docked.  This is not our first HP ProBook 650 G4 to use these 2013 slim docking stations. 

 

If another user with the same laptop docks tot the docking station it works, but when the new laptop does it does not.  Same laptop model completely.

 

Any reccommended fixes?
