Dear all,

I am trying to boot Zbook G3 15 with 150W 91677-003 (TPN-DA09) Adapter, since It's slim, I bought one recently.

However, the power button only blinks and doesn't proceed to boot. 

I know that the default adapter for ZbookG3 is TPN-DA03.

 

Is there any 'handshaking' between adapter and laptop?

I found all specs are same, and cannot understand the reason  I can't boot.
