Dragonfly

I already posted once on this but HP seems to have deleted my first post without explaination so here it is again.  I just brought a Dragonfly with sure view display, but the display has an extremely narrow viewing angle whether - irrespective of whether Sure View is turned on or off.  The brightness even varies top to bottom and side to side, making it virtually unusable. Even worse the display has massively high reflectivity, and also features lots of coloured reflections.  See the photo's below.

 

HP - instead of deleting my posts on this legitimate problem - please advise on how it can be fixed!
