Product: VH3OQND3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

One cursor stuck in one position on the screen and the other cursor blinking and moveable, but sometimes disappears.  Happens with laptop screen movement, opening and closing, laptop does things on its own, touch screen.
