HP Recommended
ScanJet Pro 4500 fn1
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a Win7 prof.de x64 ;all SP's & KB-/.net/java/-Updates on my Lenovo W530 -Laptop.

CHROME Version 61.0.3163.91 (Offizieller Build) (64-Bit)

In my Home-Network everything is connected via static LAN - IP-Adresses,

behind a static-IP-FRITZ!Router with DynDNS.

The INHOUSE-NET is Ethernet LAN-based and via Ethenet-HUB, connected to a Laptop, HP ScanJet Pro 4500 fn1 and a HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 AIO Scanner/Printer/Fax among others.

This error occurs reproducable on my HP ScanJet Pro 4500 fn1,  since the last firmware update "EWSreflash_SJP4500_5.106.fw"with embedded WEB-Server.20170917_20h19m_WEB-Interface-Error01.jpg20170917_20h19m_WEB-Interface-Error02.jpg

Since then , nearly all WEB-Info- and Status-pages are empty, NO S/W-vers.,Model,Type,S/N all fields empty or shows: "Not Specified"

BUT => Scanning via LAN to Laptop-local/subdir , works OK  via ScanJet Pro 4500 fn1 - LCD-Panel ,

Pring answers on the same IP=>OK !

But WEB-Interface comes back with error on many status requesting pages

with similar as shown above Error: "IP 192.168.xxx.yyy shows error: Cannot read property 'childNodes· of undefined"

Anyone else with the same problems in the WEB-if after last Firmwareupdate?

Best regards Norbert
