Product: Elite Display E271i
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have a Elite Display E271i monitor that will not detect the display port input.

 

The current setup is a Avacon display port to hdmi cable with the display port connected to the monitor and the hdmi connected to my Belkin Thunderbolt 2 Express Deck. I have had success with a VGA to Hdmi adapter with the same setup.

 

I have tried turning input auto detect on and off as well as manually selecting the display port input. 

 

Any suggestions/solutions are greatly appreciated.
