HP Recommended

Hi,

I have recently bought an elite dragonfly brand new form hp store, I believe there's some scaling or DPI issues as everything looks fuzzy,

Default scaling is set at 175% in gray with custom scale factor is set text, even when changing it to 125 in the advance scaling settings, it goes back to 175% after signing out/in, meaning that something is overrunning it.
Brightness bar also doesn't respond.

Tried working though intel graphics command center and scale is fixed on Maintain Display Settings is fixed and cannot be changed.

Tried Cleartype text but no luck

Computer has been sent to HP and came back today, they stated that everything worked fine and reinstalled OS, it is absolutely NOT fine, working on this laptop is eye straining and I never had such an issue with any other laptop before.

I'll be requesting a full refund is issue isn't properly addressed within a couple of days.

Thank you
