Hi


Can anyone confirm the compatibility listing of the HP Elite USB-C Dock G3? I cannot get it to work with our HP Pro X2 612 G2 laptop/tablet.

 

Its ether DOA out of the box, or does not work with the Pro X2 612. The dock power LED does not turn on. I have confirmed there is power coming out of the AC adaptor (~19.5v DC), I've confirmed the USB-C cable is working. Any help?
