Hello HP Community1 A little help for a newcomer please, my HP keeps crashing now and then for no clear reason, at first I thought it was because of Google Chrome but after deleting the browser the problem just seems to persist. Usually, the laptop makes a weird sound and the screen becomes black then when I try to turn it on it does not work and the laptop makes a sound of heavy ventilation, do you know what the problem might be?
