EliteDisplay S140u
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

My EliteDisplay S140u USB display isn't displaying for some reason, it was working a couple months back and I have re-installed the drivers but to no avail. I have not changed any settings on my laptop but I am not sure why it decided to stop displaying all of a sudden.

1. The display connects and I can hear the audible notification of a USB connection being connected on my laptop, and the EliteDisplay S140u  turns on - backlight lights up.

2. When I enter into Display Settings, it shows up as a connected monitor but I am unable to physically see anything on the screen, I can move my cursor into it's display area and back.

3. When i enter into device manager i see these notifications:

GENERAL - This device is working properly.

DRIVER - Updated The best drivers are already installed

DETAILS - Generic PnP Monitor

EVENTS - See images attached

I hope you can help me with what i might have to do to sort this out.

Thank you
