EliteDisplay e223d Docking Monitor
macOS 10.15 Catalina

Dear Community,

I'm struggling to get display output and power over usb-c connecting my EliteDisplay e223d Monitor with a MacBook Air 2020 (Intel, macOS Catalina). It's connected via usb-c with a single cable, It was working fine until two days ago. I left my desk for a coffee and when I was back there was no more battery charging and no video output on the docking monitor.

I already tried:

- Changing power settings and enabling everything I can

- Factory reset on the monitor

- Reset NVRAM of my macbook

- Another thunderbolt/usb-c cable

No luck. So I guess the last thing is trying a firmware update of the monitor but I can't find ANY download and/or procedure to update it. Do you know how can I do it? Any help is really appreciated.

Another note: I tried also to connect a Lenovo ThinkPad T14 (Windows 10 20H2) to the monitor, same problem, no charging and no video output

Thank you very much.
