Product: Elitepad 1000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've copied this from another locked thread, same issue exactly, tried everything but it just won't update, tried from bios, tried with usb, it won't update.

 

Anyone managed to do this as yet?

 

Hello,

 

I don't to upgrade the Elitepad 1000 G2 in WinPE 10 (Sccm 1910), with the 'HPBIOSUPDREC64.exe' utility, i have a error message :

 

"the executable must be signed to work on this platform. Note: For an HP tablet, HP WMI Provider 6.5.13.1 or later is required. The HP WMI provider is available at http://www8.hp.com/us/en/ads/clientmanagement/download.html"

 

 

 

I use the HP WMI Provider (DASL) version 6.5.13.1 who has not been updated since 2015 when the latest version of the bios is at the end of 2019.

 

 

 

Note: the disk is reset, i can't update bios from windows
