Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have a strange issue with my EliteBook 830 G5 (i5 8350 cpu);

Touchpad does not work at all in Windows 10 x64 BUT it works in BIOS menu.

  1. Drivers? All up to date as downloaded from official page. Also tried with Windows drivers
  2. Bios? Up to  date
  3. Windows version? Same with version 1903, 1909, 2004  (all clean installed)
  4. Windows updates? Up to date!
  5. Touchpad disabled? Nope. 830 doesn't even have the touch lock amber led in top left corner  like for example 840 g5
  6. External mouse? Works!
  7. Touchstick nipple? Works!
    Please suggest me what do do as it is very annoying
