Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey Guys!

 

I have huge issue with my Elitebook 820 G4 that I'm researching for a while and can't find any resolution to it. I hope I will get some clarity here.

 

I need to connect monitor via USB C to DP connection. As far as I know my model doesnt support DP alternate mode meaning that USB C cant output video signal.

 

However even on HP website I have seen that it is compatible with HP Universal USB C hub which has HDMI output.

 

So my question is - is there any way to send video signal via USB C to monitor from 820 G4.
