Product: Elitebook 830 G5 / G6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I work for an NHS board and we have an Elitebook 830 G5 prod num 2FZ83AV and G6 ProdID 4WE10AV boith having the same issue, within the last 2 weeks the internal webcam disappeared from device manager and i now can no longer boot from any USB boot stick to attempt a re-image.
I have tried rolling bios and firmware back, all connotations of secure boot and legacy disabled and enabled checked all USB ports are available and USB bootable devices is ticked they both don't even show any USB device within boot list when pressing F9 only get windows boot manager or network boot devices.
