HP Recommended

The camera and fingerprint scanner of my one year old elitebook 830 g6 stopped working suddenly. The camera app is showing <NoCamerasAreAttached> error. Both the devices are missing in the device manager. There are no entries named Biometric Devices or Camera. I have checked with HWinfo too, they are not listed in the USB ports. I installed and checked version of windows 1909, 20H2 and 21H1 as well as all the available fix described online I could find. 

 

The fingerprint has not been working for sometime and the camera issue I noticed after the laptop received a firmware update (though I am not completely sure if it occurred before the update )
