HP Elitebook 850 G1
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

My 850 G1 stopped booting from one day to the next. It's not booting any more. No LEDs are blinking, no fans running and no output on the screen. The charging LEDs does indicate the charge process (orange to white and off when full). I already tried another power supply without any luck. I did follow the procedure to hard reset the device but this does not solve my issue. When the battery is removed and the power supply is plugged in the power button and shift button LED flashes up for one second. After that no sign of life.

Could you please give me some advice? The device might be old but its still fine for my needs. I am able to disassembly the device and i am well equipped to measure, solder and replace parts.

Regards
