Product: Elitebook 850 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
I'm hoping somebody can assist. I have the 850 G3 notebook with the latest fingerprint driver software loaded on it. However, no biometric devices are listed in device manager. I see no option in the BIOS for this so what I've read, the fingerprint reader is always active. I'm just not sure what else to try to get the fingerprint reader to work. I'd like to start enrolling fingerprints in client security manager but since the reader is not recognized, I'm stuck. Any ideas?
