Elitebook 8440p
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello All. The elitebook 8440p is a well built little machine, but it has a problem with Windows 10. The intermittent issue is that it will not display the video at the stage in the boot when you would expect the login screen. Also, nearly everytime you test it, by putting it to sleep, it will wake, but not display the login or background screen. My remedy for this so far is to just put it to sleep and wake it a couple repititions, and the video will come up. *Note that if it is not displaying video, and I plug in an external vga monitor, both displays will light. Does anyone know of a trick or work-around to deal with this issue? Thanks!
