Elitebook x360 1030 G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have a fleet of Elitebook x360 1030 G2's and have some random ones that have freezing touchpads. All are identical so am at a loss why this happens to random machines. I have done a complete update using HP SoftPaq Download Manager, windows updates and this has not fixed the issue. I have even checked to ensure drivers are the latest. This has caused a big dislike for the HP model and I want user to believe I have chosen a good machine for them.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. If it was happening to all machines I would know it is related to something we have done. As it is random machines I cannot pin point the cause.
