Elitebook x360 1040 G7
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a brand new Elitebook x360 1040 G7 from work.
I have only had this for about a week. The laptop has been working all week long, but I shut it down on Friday and today I am unable to turn it back on.

The only change I made was I added a third monitor to the laptop today.
I was using the latop + a second monitor via the HDMI port.
Then today I added a third monitor via a USB-C to DisplayPort.
After I hooked up the monitor I went to turn on the laptop and it would not turn on.

I unhooked all the external devices including the power - held down the power for 30+ seconds.
Then tried to power it back on

-Nothing

Did the same thing again, but then hooked the power cord back up and tried to power it on.

-Nothing

Tried holding down the power button for 60 seconds with the power plugged in.

-Nothing
Unable to access the battery to pull the battery.

When I do hold down the power for 30 seconds an orange light blinks once on the power button.
Then a solid light comes on the caps lock for 4-5 seconds before shutting off.

This same light appears on the side of the laptop where the USB-C - Charging port is. (it too shuts off after 4-5 seconds)

Not really sure what else to try from this point on.
