If you ever wondered, how to enable Bluetooth in Win10 if it get's disabled for some reason: Found a solution here:
Basically, it is about running PC on a live Ubuntu without actually installing it (via USB-Stick or CD/DVD) and enabling Bluetooth there. After a reboot into Windows, Bluetooth is enabled.
Of course you'll have to have bluetooth enabled in BIOS settings.
