Product: Envy 13-ba0512sa
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Should I be able to turn off the backlighting on my keyboard on a Currys/PC World Envy 13-ba0512sa laptop? The F4 key will adjust backlighting to 3 brightness levels but, even when pressed simultaneously with the fn key, it will not turn off completely. I'm sure it was working fine before BIOS, graphics and Windows updates were installed today.
