Product: Envy17
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I own my Envy17 for about a month now. For the first time tonight, my laptop is shutting down randomly. It did it about 7 to 8 times in the last 2 hours, which is very anoying! I noticed that it seems to happen when I move the laptop... and when I say move, I mean slightly! Once taking it out of my knees to stand up, once just when I changed my position a little bit on the couch. I mean I bought a laptop to be able to use it anywhere in the house and take it from a place to another, and now I can't. What is the problem? Thanks.
