HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my computer, does not want to turn on, or at least, does not want me to enter the access data. He starts by giving me a "Smart Hard Disc Herror" "Hard Disk 1 (301) I led to press f2, and carry out the various tests, but nothing, then clicking enter, I go to start the computer, but a screen comes out, saying that my computer had problems during restart, and that it will restart automatically .. there is also a qr code in this screen, which I scanned twice, thinking of getting to HP's support, instead it was a QR of a university, I will attach all the photos I took, in the hope that someone can tell me how to proceed step by step .. p.s. it was 2 days that I had this hard disk error 301 screen, and last night on returning home, as I go to turn on the computer, it does not even manage to enter the password to be able to use it.

being that the default language of my computer is in Italian, some screens will be in Italian.
