Hi guys, I have been trying to reset my pc to factory settings so I can delete everything but everytime I reset it gives me an error saying There isn't enough memory available to create a ramdisk device. I've been trying to fix this for ages and I'm stuck

I looked online and tried the fixes like extending my c: drive and also doing this in command prompt:

bcdedit /deletevalue {badmemory} badmemorylist

it gives me an error saying element not found

I'm stuck here guys I need to reset my pc today but I am not able to because of this stupid error.

could it be a ram error? I recently added 4 gigs of ram to it. should I try to take that out and reset?

EDIT: I tried taking out the ram and that still didn't do anything I get the same error message. I don't know what to do! 😞
