HP Recommended
Product: Probook 455 G8
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to pull an Image using Ivanti/ImageX from an HP Probook 455 G8, and I keep getting the same Sysprep error after trying many many fixes:
"Error SYSPRP Package RealtekSemiconductorCorp.HPAudioControl_1.14.225.0_x64__dt26b99r8h8gj was installed for a user, but not provisioned for all users. This package will not function properly in the sysprep image."

 

I have also contacted Realtek and Microsoft, but I've not heard back yet.

Any help/advice would be highly appreciated, I am also fairly new to imaging/sysprep.
