Product: HP zBook Studio G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello there

 

I am using a zBook Studi G5 and I connected an ethernet cable to a USB C hub which is connected to one of my thunderbolt ports. The laptop however doesn't recognise the ethernet connection. What can I do?
