Product: HP Elitebook 840 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello.

 

I've had a really annoying problem with my laptop.  Every time I connect the ethernet to it, it works for a few minutes, but then it loses connection suddenly. I've checked the lights on the Ethernet port and both are on when I plug a working cable on it, so what could it be?

 

Restarting the computer or updating the network drivers doesn't seem to work.
