Product: HP Pavilion dh1xxxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP pavilion dh1xxxx with an i7 10th gen, 16gb ram, and mx250 (25w), yet it runs games very slow. Valorant is advertised to have a minimum fps of 60 on my graphics card, yet I get 40 with common lag spikes to 20 and below. Same thing with Minecraft. It should have at least 60 but I get around 30 with lag spikes down to 12.

 

Can someone please help me I have done everything from setting to high priority in task manager, adding Minecraft and javaw in nvidia control panel as high performance, and  set to high-performance plan. I don't know whats wrong.
