Hi,

I have a Elitebook 850 G6 with an external SecuGen fingerprint scanner model Hamster Pro 20. This scanner is connected via USB but refuses to work. In the device manager the device is  recognized.

As the laptop also contains a built in fingerprint scanner I've disabled that one in the BIOS but without any positive effect. What can I do to get my external fingerprint scanner working? When I plug the scanner into a different laptop, no problems at all.
