I posted about this some time ago last year but have still not had a response.  Luckily in the interim I had a work laptop to use so this wasn't an issue.  I am unable to use two external monitors with this laptop,.  the LHS USB-C type port does not support a monitor (I have an appropriate cable that worked with my work Lenovo, and my other work HP Elitebook in two previous contracts so I know it is not the cable).  Please let me know what type of an adaptor / cable I need as it is not practical for me to work with just one monitor.  Please explain in layperson's terms as I am an actuary, not an IT person. And preferably sooner than the last non-response (which i believe I asked about Oct 2020 - and am still awaiting a reply).
